On April 7, the launch meeting of the NSFC-CAS Joint Project for Frontier Interdisciplinary Judgment & Research, Research on Industrial Intelligent Software for Industrial Internet, led by Academician Yin Hao of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), was held in Beijing.Present at the meeting were Academician Yin Hao, Academician Wang Wei, Academician Huaimin Wang and Academician Xiaohong Guan from CAS; Academician Haibin Yu from the Chinese Academy of Engineering; Tian Chuan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of the China Industrial Internet Research Institute; as well as more than 20 experts, scholars and enterprise representatives from institutions including Tsinghua University, Beihang University, Xidian University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Luculent Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Empyrean Technology Co., Ltd., PERA Global Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing CAXA Digital Technology Co., Ltd., Intelligent Equipment and Control Technology Research Institute of Dongfang Electric Corporation, and Sichuan Engineering Technology Center for Informatization Application Support Software.

On August 14th, Li Zhongjun, Vice Governor of Jiangsu Province, led a team to investigate Luculent. Gui Jun, Deputy Secretary - General of the Provincial Government, and Chi Yu, Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, accompanied the investigation. Wu Aibin, Chairman of the company, Wei Xiaoqing, General Manager, Mao Xuchu, Deputy General Manager, and Zhang Wei participated in the reception and exchange.

Recently, Lu Dongsen, Deputy Director of the Digital Economy Department of the National Data Bureau, and his entourage inspected Luculent to conduct research on the enabling effectiveness of the industrial digital transformation platform. Wang Wanjun, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Jiangsu Provincial Data Bureau, Zou Yizhi, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Nanjing Municipal Data Bureau, and others participated in the research. From March 7th to 8th, Cai Hengjun, the leader of the preparatory Party committee and the chairman of Ansteel Digital Technology (Liaoning) Co., Ltd. On March 5th, Chen Zhichang, Deputy Secretary of the Nanjing Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Nanjing, conducted a special inspection of Nanjing Luculent SuShine Industrial Internet Co., Ltd. to learn in detail about the construction and operation of the industrial Internet platform.
