On the afternoon of January 9, the Seventh Sixth Council Meeting and 2025 Annual Conference of the Nanjing Enterprise Confederation and Nanjing Entrepreneurs Association were held at Huashan Hotel. Over 200 entrepreneurs gathered to review the work of 2025 and plan for the development of 2026. Li Zhongjun, Deputy Secretary of the Nanjing Municipal Party Committee and Acting Mayor of the Municipal People's Government, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Wang Haitao, President of the Municipal Enterprise Confederation, and Li Jianfeng, President of the Municipal Entrepreneurs Association, were also present. Luculent Smart was invited to attend the conference.

Acting Mayor Li Zhongjun congratulated the conference on its convening and expressed gratitude to the broader business community for their contributions to Nanjing's high-quality development. He stated, "Since the 14th Five-Year Plan, the city has united and forged ahead with determination, achieving new progress in building a 'strong, prosperous, beautiful, and advanced' new Nanjing. This would not have been possible without the strong support and dedicated efforts of enterprises across the city. This year marks the beginning of the 15th Five-Year Plan period. We look forward to working hand in hand with enterprises to scale new heights of innovation, jointly build a strong industrial city, and create a better society together." He expressed hope that the Municipal Enterprise Confederation and Entrepreneurs Association would fully leverage their role as bridges and bonds, accurately convey policy measures, promptly reflect corporate demands, and better serve, guide, and unite enterprises. The municipal government system, as always, will provide enterprises with a market-oriented, law-based, and internationalized business environment, offering full support to help them grow larger, stronger, and more competitive.

The conference passed relevant council work resolutions, commended outstanding and specially contributing members for 2025, and released the achievements in Nanjing's enterprise management innovation. Luculent Smart was honored with the title of 2025 "Two Sessions" Outstanding Contribution Enterprise. The Municipal Development and Reform Commission presented an analysis report on the city's economic situation, the Municipal Talent Office interpreted the updated Nanjing Talent Policy 2.0, and several entrepreneurs and industry experts delivered keynote speeches.

This significant honor is both recognition and trust, and it also represents a new set of expectations. We extend our gratitude to the "Two Sessions" for their guidance and support, as well as to our fellow members for their companionship and collaboration.
