The 8th National Conference on Equipment Management and Technological Innovation Exchange, hosted by the China Association for Equipment Management, was grandly held in Tianjin on July 16–17.
As the most influential annual gala in China’s domestic equipment management sector, this year’s conference centered on the core themes of High-end Development, Intelligent Empowerment, Green Leadership and Integrated Innovation. It unveiled more than 1,000 innovative achievements, set up multiple industry-specific sub-venues, and hosted exhibitions for innovative outcomes and brand displays. As an official supporting organization of the conference, Luculent attended the event, gathering with leading enterprises, research institutes and equipment management experts from nearly 30 industries including electric power, petrochemicals, coal, transportation and equipment manufacturing, to jointly explore new pathways for the digital and intelligent upgrading of industrial equipment management.
During the conference, Luculent officially launched the Suchang Equipment Fault Early Warning and Diagnosis Platform V6.0.
Compared with previous iterations, the upgraded platform features five core highlights:
Centering on key equipment in pivotal industries, it establishes a full-process professional management system for equipment fault diagnosis;
Leveraging stable, reliable terminals with powerful data processing capabilities, it develops high-quality industry datasets;
It builds an industry-wide mechanism model system covering general basic scenarios and high-value equipment diagnosis scenarios, improving fault diagnosis accuracy and equipment operation & maintenance efficiency;
Powered by industrial large models and agent technology, it pioneers a new human-machine collaborative paradigm for on-site diagnosis and maintenance, realizing a fundamental shift from manual experience-driven operations to intelligent decision-driven operations;
Breaking the single diagnosis limitation of traditional maintenance, it expands capabilities in energy consumption analysis and intelligent optimization, fully tapping energy-saving potential for enterprises, and delivering dual benefits of intrinsic safety improvement as well as quality and efficiency enhancement.
The conference formally announced the winners of the National Equipment Management and Technological Innovation Achievement Awards. Boasting stringent evaluation criteria and high industry recognition, this selection delivers replicable and referential experience for innovative development in key sectors such as equipment R&D and smart manufacturing.
