Acting as round-the-clock online safety sentinels, embedded AI automatically raises alarms upon abnormal data fluctuations while synchronously feeding fault root-cause analysis, maintenance solutions and spare part specifications. On-ground maintenance staff can monitor underground equipment conditions in real time and conduct remote diagnosis and troubleshooting remotely, blocking potential safety risks at source and securing safer, more dignified working conditions for frontline workers. To date, the platform boasts an early warning accuracy rate of 95%, fulfilling three core targets: elevated safety standards, improved operational efficiency and refined management quality.
Notably, industrial AI large models and intelligent agents are embedded into the platform. Operators can acquire precise fault probability assessment, troubleshooting advice and key safety compliance requirements simply by inputting equipment malfunction descriptions. Built upon Sunshine, a national-level cross-industry and cross-domain industrial internet platform certified by MIIT, the platform addresses the industry’s challenge of fading experiential expertise. It digitizes senior technicians’ know-how into standardized, reusable digital knowledge bases and feeds massive field operational data back into equipment R&D and design to continuously upgrade coal machinery specifications, forming a virtuous cycle of smarter maintenance, more reliable equipment and higher production efficiency.
