01 Co-building the Industry Ecosystem

On January 29, the 2026 Jiangsu Provincial Digitalization Association Industry Partners Ecosystem Conference and the Fifth Third Expanded Council Meeting were grandly held in Nanjing. Centered on the theme "Government-Enterprise Coordination · Digital-Intelligence Symbiosis," the conference comprehensively reviewed the industry's development achievements in 2025 and systematically planned the development path for 2026, injecting new momentum of industry services into the construction of Digital Jiangsu.

During the conference, the Jiangsu Industrial Data Elements Joint Innovation Center, jointly initiated by the Jiangsu Provincial Digitalization Association and Luculent Smart, was officially unveiled. The center is dedicated to promoting the trinity integration of industries, solidifying the foundational support for data valorization, and constructing a new pattern of synergistic and progressive industry development.

Luculent Smart was awarded the title of "Industry Contribution Ecosystem Partner." The Industrial Digital-Intelligence Specialized Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Digitalization Association, with Luculent Smart serving as the chair unit, was recognized as an "Outstanding Organizational Specialized Committee."

Guided by the Association, Luculent Smart will further strengthen standard formulation, resource sharing, technological innovation, and collaborative development. It will deeply promote the full release of data element value, accelerate the integrated application of artificial intelligence, and contribute digital-intelligence strength to ensuring that the construction of "Digital Jiangsu" leads and sets an example within Chinese modernization.

On January 27, the 2026 Jiangsu Provincial Internet Association Ecosystem Partner Matchmaking Meeting, themed "AI Intelligence Ignites · Networking Synergy," was held in Nanjing. Over 100 participants attended, including responsible persons from relevant industry organizations, experts from research institutions and universities, executives from leading enterprises and member units, and ecosystem partners. The meeting showcased the development achievements of Jiangsu's internet industry and released multiple ecological cooperation plans.

During the conference, the Jiangsu Provincial Internet Association held multiple rounds of certificate-awarding ceremonies for ecosystem partners, further solidifying a multi-level, multi-field industrial collaboration system. Luculent Smart was honored with the title of "2025 Industrial Service Ecosystem Partner."
