On September 7th, the thematic conference "Intelligent Transformation, AI Reconstructing Energy"—a sub-forum of the 2025 Global Industrial Internet Conference—concluded successfully in Shenyang. Hosted by Luculent and co-organized by Huawei, China Mobile Liaoning, and the Liaoning Provincial Equipment Management Association, the event gathered over 100 representatives from leading enterprises and academic institutions to explore cutting-edge technologies, models, and trends in the energy sector.
Key officials and industry leaders delivered opening remarks, emphasizing collaboration and innovation in energy AI:
Wang Danqun, First-Class Inspector of the Liaoning Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, highlighted Liaoning’s strengths in industrial diversity, solid industrial foundations, and skilled workforce. He stressed accelerating AI integration with the real economy and called for data sharing, technical standardization, and industry-wide cooperation to drive regulated development of the energy AI sector.
Other speakers included Wang Duncheng (Deputy Director of Liaoning Provincial Development and Reform Commission), Zhang Haibo (Deputy Director of Liaoning Provincial Department of Science and Technology), Chen Dongkun (Head of Solutions, Huawei China Power Systems Department), and Zhang Wei (Vice President & Chief Government Relations Officer, Luculent).
The conference’s centerpiece was the joint launch of the "SuShine Yaoguang Industrial Large Model All-in-One Machine" by Luculent and Huawei, attended by government officials and enterprise leaders.
Key Features of the Product:
Integrated Strengths: Combines Luculent’s Yaoguang Large Model (rich industrial knowledge and high-value scenario applications) with Huawei’s Ascend chip (powerful computing capabilities).
Out-of-the-Box Deployment: Lightweight, flexible setup with built-in "intelligent agent + knowledge base" dual engines, outperforming traditional servers.
Full-Process Optimization: Supports training and inference of 100-billion-parameter models, boosting data processing efficiency by over 30% through end-to-end optimization (model training → inference).
Shi Jialei (Director of Energy & Power Research, China Academy of Industrial Internet) released the 2024-2025 Energy Industrial Internet Case Collection, showcasing innovative, high-impact projects as industry benchmarks.
Keynote Speeches featured experts from Huawei, China Mobile, and Luculent:
Huawei highlighted AI-driven solutions for new power systems, including a 100-billion-parameter power model for prediction, safety monitoring, and operational efficiency.
China Mobile discussed integrating information and energy technologies to optimize energy "generation-transmission-storage-distribution-consumption" cycles, fostering green low-carbon transformation.
Luculent emphasized the "large model + small model" strategy and cloud-edge-device collaboration to address high-value scenarios like safety, maintenance, and energy efficiency, delivering practical AI "killer apps" that enhance productivity and sustainability.
