China Yangtze Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Yangtze Power") is China's largest listed power company and the world's largest listed hydropower company, as well as the core subsidiary of China Three Gorges Corporation. It focuses on the development, operation and management of large-scale hydropower projects, and administers cascade hydropower stations including Three Gorges, Gezhouba, Xiluodu, Xiangjiaba, Wudongde and Baihetan, as well as subsidiaries such as Changjiang Power New Energy and Three Gorges Electric Energy.
Centering on core elements, the project has built a comprehensive safety system. Through the construction of unified access to safety data, structuring of safety management standards, full integration of safety information, moving forward the threshold of the dual prevention mechanism, and one-stop outsourcing management, it has made safety management work traceable, visual and perceptible.

Risk Management: Centering on the core thread of "risk hierarchical management and control, and hidden danger investigation and governance", it builds a comprehensive safety management and control mechanism, realizes standardized management of the whole process from risk identification, hidden danger detection, risk and hidden danger analysis, disposal to summary, and ensures that safety risks are visual, manageable and controllable.
Comprehensive Management: Focusing on safety management needs and based on risk management, it builds a comprehensive support system for safety management, realizes unified management of safety laws and regulations, occupational health management, intrinsic safety management, fire safety management and other related contents, and provides support for the enterprise's all-round safety management and control of Man-Machine-Material-Method-Environment.
Daily Management: To facilitate the development of daily work, the project system has built modules such as safety education and training, safety meetings and safety contact points, to realize standardized management of daily work and support the efficient development of routine safety work.
Data Analysis: With safety data as the core, it conducts in-depth multi-dimensional and multi-level analysis, builds a safety management cockpit, provides accurate data support for safety decision-making to ensure targeted decisions, and drives the transformation of safety management from experience-driven to data-driven.

Through the construction of the Safety Intelligent Management and Control Platform, the project has successfully provided services for 15 tertiary subsidiaries of China Yangtze Power and more than 8,000 employees, and achieved remarkable results in the following aspects:
Build a safety intelligent management and control platform with multi-business integration. Break down information silos, promote business integration, realize one-time data entry and full-process invocation, embed safety management into all daily work, and deliver intrinsic safety management.
Ensure real-time online operation of management and supervision, as well as full business chain management and control. Establish a whole-process safety management and control mechanism integrating digitalization, standardization and intelligence, implement all-round supervision and full-process tracking of safety-related business, and effectively guarantee the implementation and effectiveness of all safety management requirements.
Conduct in-depth analysis of safety data and unlock the value of safety data. Gain insights into the implementation status and changing trends of safety business through data, ensure targeted adjustment of safety management strategies, and achieve comprehensive improvement in enterprise-level safety management and control capabilities, risk prevention capabilities and management efficiency.
