Henan Zhongyuan Dahua Group Co., Ltd. is a modern large-scale chemical enterprise group. It started construction in September 1987 and was completed and put into operation in May 1990. The total assets of Zhongyuan Dahua amount to CNY 7.894 billion. It has over 3,000 employees and more than 1,000 technical personnel. Its main production facilities include an annual output of 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 520,000 tons of urea, 500,000 tons of methanol, 200,000 tons of ethylene glycol, 54,000 tons of melamine, 150,000 cubic meters of melamine foam, and 100,000 tons of compound fertilizer. The main processes and technologies of the facilities are advanced, with a high level of automation.

Currently, the company has implemented application systems such as OA, MES, ERP, and video surveillance. However, these systems are isolated from each other, making data sharing and system logins cumbersome. To solve these problems, it is urgently needed to establish an integrated information management and control platform that integrates existing systems, standardizes new systems, and achieves unified data collection, analysis, display, and future business expansion.

The Zhongyuan Dahua Information Management and Control Platform consists of two aspects: horizontal and vertical. The horizontal aspect covers various aspects of corporate production and operation management, production process control, safety and environmental protection, important departments, and positions. The vertical aspect extends from the bottom level of enterprise information to the top decision-making level, forming a comprehensive, timely, and accurate enterprise production and operation information management system that covers all aspects of the enterprise. The Zhongyuan Dahua Information Management and Control Platform can be divided into three layers of architecture.

The entire technical architecture is divided into the following layers: data acquisition layer, data center layer, system application layer, system integration layer, and system presentation layer.

项目图标20.png Data Acquisition Layer: Real-time production process data from the production line control system is collected using multiple standard interfaces to ensure the reliability, stability, real-time capability, accuracy, and completeness of data collection.

项目图标20.png Data Center Layer: This layer builds a data warehouse system for the fusion and application of real-time production data and enterprise management data. It consists of real-time databases and relational databases that process, handle, store, model, analyze, and apply data information.

项目图标20.png System Application Layer: Based on the technical platform, this layer constructs production and operation management application systems such as "production monitoring, exception alerts, resource allocation, optimization guidance, and refined control," providing comprehensive support for production and operation management.

ESB provides an integration platform based on it, achieving integration of different systems and multiple data sources, eliminating technical differences between different applications, enabling coordination among different application servers, and facilitating communication and integration between different services.
