Huaneng Tongchuan Zhaojin Coal Power Co., Ltd. is located in Tongchuan City, Shaanxi Province, China. Phase I project construction 2 × 600MW domestically produced subcritical coal-fired air-cooled power generation unit, with simultaneous construction of flue gas desulfurization devices. The cold end energy-saving optimization project is one of the 2021 technology projects of Huaneng Shaanxi Group.

■ 基于现有空冷岛历史运行数据,通过理论计算和大数据分析相结合的方式,针对不同边界条件,以综合能耗最低为优化目标,计算得到最佳背压区间数据集;

■ 基于现有空冷岛历史运行数据,结合维护和检修记录,通过背压的差异度分析,计算得出散热片清洁度评估模型;

■ 通过丰富的可视化图表分析工具、交互性良好的展示页面,使得历史运行数据、最佳背压、清洁度等便于查询;

■ 结合优化计算结果和专家知识库,直观展示空冷风机运行调节建议、散热片积灰清洁建议等优化辅助决策结果。

通过空冷节能优化系统的应用,能够确保空冷机组安全、经济运行,实现能耗综合最优,并能指导现场运行检修人员对背压控制方案、空冷岛散热片积灰清洗策略等进行有效的改进和调整,使机组获得良好的调节品质和运行效果。

铜川#2机组负荷300MW稳定时,根据最佳推荐背压建议,机组背压由9.1KPa降至6.9KPa,耗煤量由189t/h降至182t/h,按当天入炉煤热值4300大卡/千克计算,折合每小时节约标煤4.3吨。
