Specifications:
- The pressure tapping of the general pressure tube adopts oblique sectional port design to keep higher efficiency.
- Adopt multi-curved labyrinth piping, to avoid the ash from entering the pressure tube and accumulating the dust.
- For the air anemometer in air-powder pipe with coal powder, set high temperature alloy ceramal layer outside of the general pressure tube, it made of Wear-resisting oxide-alumina ceramic sintered under 1850℃, so it has outstanding Wear-resisting performance.
- The anti-blocking element with special design can carry out real-time ash-clearing for the whole pipe wall with the kinetic energy of measured medium.
- Absorb the kinetic energy of measured medium by the pendulum principle, keep all the anti-blocking elements can work normally under kinds of condition.
- The measurement technology of uniform cross multi-dot matrix keeps high-precision and big duct flow measurement under short straight tube section and turbulent flow condition.
- The mechanism with special design may make the pressure loss is considered negligible. And
- The cold state and hot state pressure & temperature compensation technology raises the precision of measurement efficiently.

1.Air-powder Tube Air Speed Measurement Device:
Apply to air speed measurement of air-powder tube, may be installed before or behind the powder tube below the Storage Type Coal Pulverizing System, or at the exit of Pulverizer of direct firing pulverizing system.
The Air-powder Tube Air Speed Measurement system is that install the LUSE back-leaned air speed sensor with precise set in the air pipe, the difference between the total pressure at the front end of the sensor and the static pressure at the back end of the sensor is transmitted to the Differential Pressure Transmitter, output the dynamic pressure signal, then it is processed by parameter compensation and calculation, gain the value of the air speed at last.
2. Big-air duct and flow measurement device
Apply to the measurement of total air flow of the secondary air, the primacy air flow of the entrance of the Pulverizer, the total air flow of the cold primacy air and the total air flow of the hot primacy air etc.
For the air flow measurement for the big air duct, the flow is very complicated, in order to measure the flow precisely, adopt uniform cross multi-point measuring technology, assemble lots of measured sensors by the way of well-distributed and uniform crossed distribution, the positive pressure side is connected to the positive pressure side, and the negative pressure side is connected to the negative pressure side, and lead out one total pressure tube from the positive side and negative side respectively, and make them connect to the transducer respectively, measure the average speed of the cross, then gain the air flow by calculation.
3. Air Speed Measurement Device for the nozzle of the secondary air.

For the measurement of the air speed at the nozzle of the secondary air, the measurement point is near to the chamber nozzle, it exists turbulent flow in the air duct, it can’t reflect the flow distribution condition in the air duct precisely if only using one measurement point, so should adopt the technology of multi-point measurement device and air-duct uniform area, to measure air pressure value for each region, then carry out averaging pressure process, so that obtain the whole air duct’s pressure signal and air speed precisely.
