In order to make the staff work hard and well for the corporation, LUCULENT Corporation provides welfare protection policy combining with multi-similarities and differences for regular staff according to local and regional price situation, enterprise development stage and service time, post level and post feature of staff.

Composition of Welfare
Kinds of Allowances, include lunch subsidies (or providing for free lunches), and transportation subsidies, housing subsidies, the year-end allowance and special allowance.
Social Planning as a whole (five kinds of insurance allowances), include: Pension, medical, industrial injury, maternity and unemployment insurance (costs paid by the company in accordance with state regulations and the proportion paid by employees).
Provident Fund: Define and implement by state policy and law and regulations and company current welfare policy.
Supplement of Social Planning as a Whole: Our company provides commercial insurance, supplementary medical insurance, accident insurance supplement Insurance and other major diseases (related expenses paid by the company unifiedly) for regular staff in kinds of post.
Various Holidays: such as National statutory holidays, paid annual leave, marriage leave, paternity leave, bereavement leave and so on.
