Principle of Making This System
In order to give full scope to the staff salary guarantee and inspiration, set up standard, defined, scientific and complete salary management system, arouse the enthusiasm and creativeness of the worker, LUCULENT Corporation works out salary system and policy of the total salary growth closing contact with the achievements and competence of staff and personnel salary confidential system abiding by the regulation of state and local law and the principle of paying salary by labor, defining post by working and defining salary by post.

Responsibility of Each Administrative Level

1、The Board is responsible for approving staff salary plan and total salary amount
2、HR Department is responsible for planning and working out full staff salary plan, coordinating these managers from each Enterprising Department and Financial Department to work out total budget of annual staff salary, collecting and analyzing market salary information, organizing and carrying out post evaluation , bringing about proposal on staff fix salary, welfare and bonus, handling staff fix salary, welfare and bonus, defining and handling adjusting salary procedures for outstanding staff according to the application of each department, settling staff monthly salary.
3、The Manager of each Department has the power of knowing to the salary, welfare and bonus of his subordinates, and may put forward proposal on adjusting these salary, welfare and bonus.

Composition of Salary
1、Salary: Include basic wage, post / achievement and Benefits wage and kinds of bonus.
2、Bonus: Include managerial bonus, project bonus, deduction bonus, year-end bonus and company special bonus.
Real Income of Regular Staff =Basic Wage + Post / Skills Wage (examine and define by achievements and benefits) + Welfare + Bonus – absence wage – deducted amount for social endowment insurance –personnel income tax
Real Income of The Staff in Probation Period = Probation Period Wage– absence wage – deducted amount for social endowment insurance –personnel income tax

Basis of Definition
1、Basic Wage: Define by educational background, title, working experience and background and ability of staff comprehensively.
2、Post / Achievements & Benefits Wage:     Define by the Standard of Post, divide into administrative category, technical post category, marketing and sales category.     Define by the Standard of skills, divide into: Basic Level (A), Preliminary Level (B), Middle Level (C) and Senior Level (D).
3、Bonus: Define and implement by the HR System, relative reward and punishment system of Business Center and each Enterprising Department of Corporation.
